We're rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), an essential layer of protection for your Marsello account and the customer data you manage.

MFA requires both your password and verification code when logging in. This added step helps prevent unauthorized access to your account, even if your account is compromised. Here's why you should enable MFA:

• Defends against credential stuffing, phishing, and SIM-swapping attacks.
• Protect the customer data your business is trusted to safeguard.
• Meet rising data security and privacy expectations and best practices.

How to enable MFA in Marsello:

Admins can turn on MFA on the Settings page in your Marsello admin. Once enabled, all users will be prompted to update their password and complete setup the next time they log in.
