Sydney-based wholefood cafe, Rough & Bare, recently celebrated their 4th birthday and saw in the milestone with a pre-birthday email to their customers – the campaign alone saw a conversion rate of 6.59%.


The team at Rough & Bare are all about looking after their customers with healthy whole foods, good service, and generous rewards. To celebrate their milestone birthday and to say thanks for the continued loyalty of their customers, the team offered their customers a $10 discount code, while also delivering a heartfelt ‘Thank You’. Just this email alone was worth approximately $11.5k in attributable revenue and saw an open rate of 27.96%.
