POS Prompts are now available for Lightspeed X-Series

Marsello’s POS Prompts are now available for brands using Lightspeed Retail (X-Series), making it easier to remind staff to add customers to sales, enabling them to utilize rewards, complete customers profiles, and more.

With POS Prompts, brands can:

• Encourage staff to add customers to sales
• Prompt customers to redeem available rewards
• Capture important profile details like email or mobile number
• Confirm marketing opt-ins
• Recommend products based on their purchase history and information.

To enable POS Prompts in your Marsello admin, navigate to Staff experience > POS Prompts. You can choose to enable all POS Prompts, or just the ones that align with your specific business goals and priorities.
